Quilt Fiesta has gorgeous photographs and great illustrations. Cheryl's quilts are marvelous and she shows you how she came up with her designs as well as giving you tips to originate your own designs. The bits of Mexican culture and history that she sprinkles throughout the book are very piquant too. The book is well organized and well written and I also liked the tips in the blue boxes. She provides detailed instructions for the techniques she uses as well as for each quilt. Her book is very informative as well as lovely to look at. It will absolutely get your creative juices flowing.
